Welcome to Ashury. These Terms of Use and Purchase (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ashury website and your purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Ashury

Ashury offers premium Dead Sea mineral and 24K gold skincare. All products are cosmetic products intended for external use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only once we send an order confirmation and process payment. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount already charged.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change at any time before an order is accepted. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display products, ingredients, and colors accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Always read the label and ingredient list before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Ashury or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
